Dead street lights on 14th & 5th around 11pm. The city was so dark that all man-made lights were excessive and blinding.
Houston street facing Midtown and some emergency crews lighting up the street after power had been pulled downtown. The streets were completely empty except for emergency crews, myself, and a few others playing in the dark city streets.
